Bud

Appaloosa Mule/Red Roan
2002
15.1 H
1150 lbs
Gelding
Bud is a gentle, friendly mule who has been packed and ridden. I was hoping to train him further under saddle, but with winter coming, I need to downsize. He definitely has potential as a saddle mule with some training! Good to catch and for farrier, and trailers well. Okay to saddle and trail ride, no arena experience. Gentle personality: he's a very likable mule who has never offered to kick. Has nice movement and is good looking, too. Healthy, easy keeper, great feet.

Mare
This mare is very steady and likes to work. She is going 1st Level on the flat and has been started over low fences. She has great trail experience. She has a very nice movements and a very soft mouth: great long and low work. She's been under a pro foundation trainer for the last 17 months. Great prospect for junior rider or amateur adult. No spooks: goes on trail alone. She's a safe mount with great looks for you to learn on and enjoy. Sweet personality, good with people and horses. Pasture or stall.

Mare
This mare is a must have for the beginning family or for the kids. Husband-safe. She is steady, gentle, and adjusts her speeds to fit the rider. Has been great every lesson I've ever given on her. Loves the trail and goes anywhere. Good in the arena and would be a fantastic Gymkhana horse. Has seen cows and loves to work them. Small in stature, but built for adults, too. Gorgeous color. Owner has too many and must sell. She's had several nice mule babies.

Filly
Filly
Venus and Sunfire, Lusitano X Quarter, 2008 fillies, out of Foxfire (A Yacht grandson). Venus is out of a Driftwood dun roan mare and is going to be very tall and will likely gray. Sunfire is out of a B.S. paint mare and has a lovely, quiet disposition with a nice athletic build. Both fillies exhibit the movement and pizzazz of the Lusitano breeding, complimented by the structure and personable qualities of the quarter horse. These are the true poor man's version of a Lusitano. They are halter broke, handled daily, and have been trailered. I have too many horses and not enough time, so must part with them.
Venus and Starfire

$5000. each
I'll happily include starting these fillies in 2010 at this price.
